You will need your account number and last payment to add your account. Please note that this site does NOT accept payments for your utility account. This site only allows for the viewing of account information and water usage histories. All water payments are due on or before the 15th of each month. A $30.00 late fee will be added to all payments made after the due date. Cutoff date for non-payment is the 20th of each month. Any account that is on the shut off list will be charged a $30.00 disconnect fee. These types of websites state it is a way to pay the City of Bruceville-Eddy, but they do not have permission to take payments on our behalf. These sites send us a check for the payment after you have paid them online. These payments take several days or up to a week or more to get to us. This may cause late payments for your water bill. We will no longer accept DOXO.com payments as a form of payment and will have to return these checks to the customer if we receive one. Online payments will be accepted through our official City website only. The Water Department will only accept ACH deposits and bill pay checks that are sent directly from customer’s banks. The Water Department accepts the following types of payments for your water bill: personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, cash, ACH bank draft, bill pay checks from your bank only, credit card payments made on the City official website only.
